Program Philosophy
Country Roads is considered to be what we have termed a “step-down” home. This home provides long-term support to children, ages 7 to 17 with complex mental/emotional/physical health issues. The goal is for children to participate in developing a long-term support plan, and successfully implement the plan for six to twelve months, enabling them to move to a family home living arrangement.
