WHO WE ARE
Dinuba Children’s Services (DCS) is an outpatient children’s mental health services program serving the northern part of Tulare County (Dinuba, Cutler, Orosi and surrounding areas). DCS is a contracted services provider of Tulare County Health and Human Services Agency. Our professional staff help children and their families with emotional, behavioral and relational problems.
Program Philosophy
The program is a community-based approach to the provision of children’s services. Family involvement in treatment is emphasized.

Staff members include psychiatrists, LVN/LPTs, psychologists, mental health professionals and paraprofessionals.

Our services include referrals from our community partners such as schools, Child Welfare Services and Probation, Family Resource Centers, Family Health Care Network, Kaweah Health Hospital, local medical providers.

During the fiscal year of July 2021 through June 2022, DCS serviced 1,009 individual clients.
