WHO WE ARE
North County Adult Services-Visalia brings mental health services to children, youth, adults and older adults in rural areas that are unserved or underserved. North County Adult Services is a contracted service of the Tulare County Health & Human Services Agency under the Mental Health Services Act.

In addition to the stationary office site, the program has a mobile unit that is modified and equipped to function as a primary care and mental health clinic. The program will develop outreach and expand services to consumer populations to eliminate ethnic disparities in accessibility, availability and appropriateness of mental health services.
